Sofia Automation is a private automation platform used to organize field-equipment records, maintenance tasks, documents, and structured operational workflows.
What the system does
- Reads and updates structured equipment and maintenance records in Google Sheets.
- Works with Google Drive and Google Docs for operational documents, reports, and persistent automation state.
- Uses a narrowly configured Gmail workflow to identify specific incoming PDF reports, archive them to Google Drive, and apply processing labels.
- Runs Google Apps Script automation modules and scheduled health checks for data consistency and workflow continuity.
- Uses private GitHub automation for source control, deployment workflows, health results, and non-secret technical state.
Google account access
Google OAuth access is requested only for functions required by the configured automation modules. The system is designed to request the minimum scopes needed for its operational features. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared for unrelated marketing purposes.
