Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to the private use of Sofia Automation, a user-operated automation system for operational records, documents, maintenance workflows, and related technical processes.
1. Private operational use
Sofia Automation is designed as a private automation environment rather than a public consumer service. Access is intended only for authorized users and accounts configured by the system owner.
2. Authorized access
Users may connect only Google accounts, files, repositories, and other resources that they own or are authorized to use. The system must not be used to obtain unauthorized access to third-party accounts, data, or infrastructure.
3. Automation behavior
Sofia Automation may read or update configured Google Sheets, Drive files, Docs, Gmail workflows, Apps Script projects, and private GitHub automation state. Write operations should be limited to the intended operational purpose and, where implemented, use readback, idempotency, or other verification controls.
4. Operational responsibility
Automation output should be reviewed when it affects important operational records, maintenance planning, or external communications. Sofia Automation is a support tool and does not replace required professional, safety, regulatory, or organizational review.
5. Third-party services
The system depends on third-party platforms such as Google and GitHub. Availability, authentication, API behavior, and service limits may change according to those providers' terms and technical policies.
6. Security
Secret values such as OAuth client secrets, access or refresh tokens, private keys, and protected API tokens must not be placed in public website content, ordinary repository files, or synchronization memory documents. Such credentials should be stored only in appropriate protected secret-storage systems.
7. Changes and availability
The system architecture, integrations, and features may be modified as operational requirements change. These Terms may also be updated to reflect material changes.
8. No affiliation statement
Sofia Automation is not an official Google product and is not presented as a public service of any employer or third party merely because it may be configured to support work-related operational workflows.
